HR Manager
REQUIREMENT
- Proven HR generalist with MNC experience and a deep appreciation of the strategic HR challenges facing growing organisations in this region. Experience of working in Matrix structure is required.
- Bachelor‘s or Masters degree with over 7 years experience in HR function. Minimum 3 years experience in managerial capacity is required.
- Hands on HR experience gained in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
